Helpdesk unit

The use of any service in general and Network facilities in particular involves most of the need of help knowing that users are challenged in somehow. The unit receives all technical requests and treats some while forwarding others in habilitated unit.

In order to respond promptly, the unit is organized in such away on remote sites are assigned technicians so as to perform the helpdesk’s routine on the site and taking care of studies’ laboratories.
